Lovely berry oats
Before I go to bed I put together in a bowl:
45g organic oats (I buy gluten free)
50g organic frozen berries (or fresh if you have them)
2 dates (chopped)
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (I use organic)
6 drops vanilla Via-Health Stevia
150 ml water
100 ml unsweetened organic almond milk
Let sit in a bowl in your refrigerator over night.
When you wake up:
Put everything in a small saucepan and cook gently for 1-2 minutes. Add some more stevia if you want it sweeter.
