Icecream – Stevia

Strawberry ice-cream

300g organic frozen strawberries
1 big ripe banana or 2 small ones

10-15 drops rasberry, grape or vanilla Via-Health Stevia

50-60 ml water

5-7 tbsp whipped cream Put your berries into your food processor and let them sit and defrost for around 20 minutes or so. Mix well together the berries, banana(s), stevia and water. Gently add the whipped cream. Freeze in one big mold or many small lollipop molds.

Remember to take the icecream out around 20 minutes before you are going to serve it so it becomes a little bit soft and more easy to handle.
