Amazing salad dressing

This is one of the loveliest salad dressings ever, it honestly tastes amazing! This sauce is also perfect with fish and baked vegetables for example. (*Another easy sauce to make with fish is to blend a little bit (1 tsp ca) of organic sweet chili sauce with some (100ml ca) organic greek yoghurt or soured cream for example .. The loveliest salad dressing ever (unsweetened)

I love salad dressings. I can eat salad all day if I have the right dressing. Here is another one, where I use organic honey. It's delicous as well! :)   The recipe for this one is simply:   1 good tsp tahini or almond butter 60ml coldpressed olive oil Just a tiny bit of sea salt (optional but lovely)   Stir well in a jar or glass and pour over your salad!   What I love on my salad is lots of hemp seeds, ripe mango or dried cranberries (or both)....

Easy and delicious .. I sometimes call it spelt naan .. This simple and tasty speltbread is so easy to make with your vegetarian soups and stews or anything else you like. I've loved it for so many years. RAW Solla taught me how to make it, bless her for it.

Lovely quinoa salad

I learned to make this salad in Italy a few years ago & it has been a favorite ever since. When me and my husband are alone for dinner, we often enjoy this lovely quinoa salad. It has so many lovely flavours and so many good nutrients that you don't need anything with it I feel. It does not take a lot of time to make even thought the list of ingredients seem long. Pls don't be afraid to try it.

Hummus is an abselutely wonderful, inexpensive protein food, packed with calcium as well as healthy fats. I love it with cut vegetables as a dip! Takes around 5 minutes to make.

Lentils with rice & vegetables, this dish will surprise you! (Pleasantly)

This is a lovely, delicious, very simple & inexpensive dish for the whole family to enjoy (from 8-9 months). It may not look amazingly yummy but it is! Hope you try it. You simply cook the lentils and rice (or barley, quinoa .. )  for around 40 minutes and you can do whatever you like in the meantime, play with the kids, tidy up, work, etc. Perfect for busy parents! ♥ This would serve around 3-4 people

Vegetable lasagna with basil pesto

♥ I favor organic pure produce Oh how we all love this wonderful vegetable lasagna and the great news is that this is very easy to prepare, so do not let the long list of ingredients scare you away! But it needs to cook for about an hour, so you need around 90 minutes to make this in total. Serve it with green pesto and a nice salad and you will loooove me afterwards!
