Pear and blueberries, babyfood

  • 1 tsp white tahini
  • 1-2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 ripe pear
  • Organic almond milk to puree down to desired consistency


  1. Wash the pear and peel if not organic.
  2. Puree everything together to desired consistency for your baby.
  3. When your baby is 9 months old you can use soaked almonds 1 tbsp or almond butter instead of the tahini when you like.

Additional Info

♥ Around 9 months (and sooner if your baby likes chewing), it is a good idea to begin to mash the food by hand when possible or cut finely, instead of puréeing it, to get your baby used to new and coarser food textures.
