Lovely light breakfast

1/2-1 ripe avocado (green and beautiful)
1/2 ripe mango
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (or lime juice)
2-3 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
Wash the avocado, apple and mango.
Cut the avocado in half and spoon out the green flesh and discard the stone. If you are only going to use half of it keep the half with the stone in it in the fridge (for no more than 1-2 days).
Cut the apple in bite size pieces.
Peel half of the mango and cut into bite sized pieces. Keep the half with the peel in the fridge until you are going to use it (no longer than 2 days or so).
Add the rest and enjoy.
