My Recipe

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp white tahini (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • Water to puree to desired consistency, around 50-60 ml (but you can also use a little bit of organic peach juice as well, to give this a little sweet taste)


  1. Wash the avocado and squeeze out the stone.
  2. Wash the apple, seed it and peel (but only peel if it is not organic).
  3. Puree everything together with water and juice. I recommend mum or dad eating the leftovers!

Additional Info

  • ♥ Around 9 months (and sooner if your baby likes chewing), it is a good idea to begin to mash the food by hand when possible or cut finely, instead of puréeing it, to get your baby used to new and coarser food textures.
