Delicous berry almond smoothie!

♥ I favor organic pure produce
♥ This is quick and easy and you change the berries/fruits as you like!
♥ For babies from 11 months old (except if using strawberries, then from 1 years)


Here you have another lovely basic smoothie recipe using organic Yoghurt.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 0 mins
Yields: 1-2


  • 200ml organic almond milk OR almond and rice milk
  • 120g organic berries or fruits you like, your choice! (and if they are frozen it will make the shake cold)
  • 1 ripe banana OR 3 dates (if the banana is frozen it will make the shake very cold but you can also always use ice to make shakes cold. Ice is easier for the blender to blend)
  • 5 drops organic liquid vanilla stevia (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp coldpressed hemp seed oil, linseed oil or hemp seeds (optional)
  • I tsp almond butter or tahini I often add as well (optional) - It gives extra fat/protein/minerals


  1. Blend all ingredients well, adding water if needed and enjoy!

Additional Info

  • ♥ I very often add 1 tbsp of Goji berries to this one!
  • ♥ After exercise I also add 1 scoop organic whey powder as well.
  • ♥ You can freeze this in lollipop molds
  • ♥ You can always add some superfoods to a shake like this one. I like 1 tsp lucuma or acai.
  • ♥ You can add a good handful of soaked almonds if you like.
