  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 200 ml organic almond milk og ricemilk (with vanilla)

  1. Put chia seeds and the milk together in a glass jar with lid and 5 drops of vanillastevia. Shake a bit and wait for around 15 min, shake every now and then, while the chia seeds are becoming a pudding
  2. While you wait: Wash the pears, peel them & chop them. Put in a small saucepan with the berries, 2 tbsp of water and 5 drops of stevia. Boil gently for around 1-2 minutes. Blend together well. Keep in clean glass jar with a lid. Keeps for around 2-3 days.
  3. Then simply put this together in a glass; First the chia-pudding and then the berry compote on top, garnish with what you love and enjoy!
  4. Keep the rest of the berry compote in a closed glass jar in your fridge. It keeps for around 2-3 days.

Additional Info

♥ You can use apples instead of pears or ripe mango. ♥ You can also boil and blend only berries together and then put a ripe banana slices in between the chia-pudding and the berry compote for sweetness. ♥ Sometimes I add a little piece of ginger too. ♥
