Caramel Chia protein pudding

♥ I am now in love with this pudding! .. No joke! .. takes you no time to make, NO time I say! 🙂

Yields: 1


  • 1 scoop organic vanilla whey protein (I used Dr.Mercola)
  • 1 tbsp mulberries (or 2 dates)
  • 1 tsp white tahini
  • 10 drops liquid English Toffee stevia (start with 10 and add if needed)
  • 100 ml almond milk (organic)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder (optional)


  1. Throw this in your blender and blend high-speed until creamy and soft.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy or pour into a bowl and add: 2-3 tbsp Chia seeds
  3. Stir every now and then for around 10 minutes or until this starts to resemble a pudding! :)

♥ Mulberries are completely wonderful in this one. Beyond their sweet, delicate and slightly caramel flavor, mulberries are an excellent source of nutrients including calcium, iron, vitamin C, protein and fiber. They also contain resveratrol, the anti-aging nutrient found in red wine.

♥ You could skip the protein if you like and use instead one handfull of soaked cashews or almonds.

♥ Instead of the tahini you can use cashews, hemp-seeds or almonds.
