Blueberry Chia pudding

  • 1 banana
  • 60g blueberries (I use frozen)
  • 100ml organic almond milk (I buy unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Goji berries (organic, with no sulphur dioxide on them - check the ingredients list)


  1. Puree this together and then add 2-3 tbsp Chia seeds and stir every now and then for around 8-10 minutes until this starts to resemble a pudding.
  2. Garnish with Goji berries.
  3. You can thin the pudding if needed with more almond milk.
