Banana and pear with tahini and carrot juice, babyfood

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 tsp white tahini
  • Carrot juice to thin down to desired consistency.


  1. Wash the pear and peel the pear and banana.
  2. Puree all the ingredients together with your handheld blender. Enjoy immediately.
  3. This only keeps for a few hours in the fridge. I do not recommend freezing pureed banana as it becomes brown and mushy when thawed.

  • ♥ Two ripe pears with organic carrot juice are also lovely!
  • ♥ You can easily add 1 tbsp of Chia-seeds to this puree.
  • ♥ I recommend 1 small glass of organic carrot juice a day for babies after one years. The beta-carotene in them (and all food that is yellow, red or orange) is a powerful antioxidant which helps strengthen the immunte system and is an all round infection fighter.
