This is the easiest babyfood to make on the planet. It is very cunning indeed to have your children get use to healthy foods that takes no time to prepare. This will benefit you and them in the future, trust me!

This one is very simple to prepare, extremely good for the gut flora, the stools, the brain, beautiful skin, endurance and excellent digestion. I also love this simple food dearly.

*I often (for myself) add all kinds of fresh berries/fruits that are in season and a little bit of organic honey is lovely as well.


Organic yoghurt with chiaseeds, linseed oil and mashed banana

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 0 mins
Yields: 1

Ingredients

  • 150 ml (quantity depending on how much your baby eats in one meal)
  • 1-2 tsp organic coldpressed linseed oil
  • 2 tsp chiaseeds
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana

Method

  1. Simply mix everything together, let sit for around 5 minutes and serve.

Parents eat the leftovers! ♥ Remember (just in general) to freeze ripe bananas (first peel) if you won't be able to eat them in time. ♥ It's very easy to make a delicious ice cream using only frozen ripe bananas and just a little bit of almond milk (and maybe vanilla) using a powerful food processor. ♥ Remember to keep organic linseed oil in your fridge.
