After work out Caramel-Chia protein smoothie!

  • 1 scoop organic vanilla whey protein (I love from Dr.Mercola)
  • 1 tbsp organic white tahini or handfull cashews or almonds
  • 6-10 drops organic caramel Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Mulberries
  • 1 tbsp Goji berries
  • 100-150 ml water (start with 100ml and add if you feel like it, or want it thinner)
  • 100 ml almond milk (I buy unsweetend & organic)
  • 2-3 tbsp Chia seeds

♥ Mulberries are completely wonderful in this one. Beyond their sweet, delicate and slightly caramel flavor, mulberries are an excellent source of nutrients including calcium, iron, vitamin C, protein and fiber. They also contain resveratrol, the anti-aging nutrient found in red wine.
