Strawberry ice-cream 300g organic frozen strawberries 1 big ripe banana or 2 small ones 10-15 drops rasberry, grape or vanilla Via-Health Stevia 50-60 ml water 5-7 tbsp whipped cream Put your berries into your food processor and let them sit and defrost for around 20 minutes or so.
