Recipe:
150 ml water
100 ml organic almond milk
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 frozen banana (makes the shake cold but you can use a regular one and some ice to make it cold as well)
2 tbsp coldpressed hempseed oil, flaxseed oil or coconut oil (optional)
1 tbsp tahini
5-10 drops liquid vanilla Via-Health Stevia (start with 5)
Throw everything in your blender and blend well. Enjoy!
