♥ I favor organic pure produce

♥ For babies after 1 years (unless you use almonds (then 9 months) or tahini (8 months) instead of the cashews)

Instructions

40g cashews (I soak my cashews, see below. You can also use almonds or a good tbsp tahini or almond butter)

2 tbsp Goji berries

2 dates (or 6 drops organic liquid (vanilla) stevia)

1 ripe banana (If it is frozen it will make the shake cold)

1 cup fresh or frozen mango (if the mango is not frozen you can make the shake cold by adding some ice)

350ml water (more if you like and a splash of almond milk is always good)

1 tbsp coldpressed hempseed oil, flaxseed oil or coconut oil (optional)

Ingredients

Soak the cashews over night or for 2 hours at least, at room temperature. When you are going to use them, rinse them in cold running water and put them in your blender along with all the other ingredients. Blend well, adding more water if you need it. Enjoy immediately! You can freeze this as an icecream in lollipop molds.

♥ I find that drinks and purees with banana and avocado in them only last for a day or so in the fridge.

♥ The good fat and protein in almonds, nuts and seeds help stabilize blood sugar and make us feel very satisfied after a meal. Good fat and protein can also decrease our longing for sweet food and fast food in general.
